Every Friday at 1:00pm.

 

The exercise class is a great way to stay as fit as possible.

 

It's important to be on time to warm up to music, very much like a Zumba routine.

 

Then our qualified instructor takes us through some serious exercises: ankle weights, leg exercises, hand strengthening, hip flexion, standing leg curl, just to mention a few.

 

We use weight balls and ropes.

 

It’s a great way to improve balance, which is so important for seniors.

 

To finish there is a cool down period.

 

The class is designed for both men and women.

The Club has all the equipment needed to ensure members can maintain their fitness, and even take it to the next level.
